Ordering Specific Lengths of Cable
Shipping InformationShipping is charged at a flat rate based on the cost of the items being purchased.
This shipping price applies to both Canada and the United States. Customers outside of these areas will have to email me for exact shipping costs. Items shipped in Canada will be shipped via XpressPost and items shipped to the United States will be shipped via Expedited Post.
All Cables except the SonoSilver Select will be shipped in Anti-Static Bags. The SonoSilver Select will be shipped in a cotton drawstring bag.
Ordering Specific Lengths of CableCable is sold with a base length of 3 feet (or 1.5 feet if you wish) and then sold at a fixed additional amount for each extra foot of cable over the first 3 feet.
For example, to purchase a 10 foot run of cable, you would add 1 3ft length of the cable to your cart, then add 7 additional feet. Please email me if you have any questions.
Cable Break-InWe recommend a fairly lengthy time for cable break-in, especially with our Silver Cables. Although they should immediately sound quite good, the silver cables especially will require approximately 200 hours for the bass to realize and the treble even out.
Copper cables will need appoximately 50 hours to sound their best, with silver-plated copper taking somewhere in between at around 100 hours.
Currency InformationAll prices on this site are in Canadian Dollars. This is because being Canadian we understand that other Canadians prefer to see items in our own dollars as it takes away any hidden charges that may arise. We do not want to push any US-Residents from buying from us and will charge in US$ as well if you wish. Conversion will be based on results from http://www.xe.com/ucc.
Additionally, Paypal does all the currency conversion for you if you wish to pay from your US-Based Paypal Account.
Payment TypesCurrently we only accept Paypal or Money orders and Cashier's Cheques as payment. Canadian customers can also pay via CertaPay Email Money Transfer instantly if you have web banking set up with one of the five major banks.
Credit Cards can be accepted via paypal. Please email us if you need help setting this up.
30-Day Money Back GuaranteeIf you're not happy, we're not happy. After purchasing, try the product for 30 days and if you are not happy with it, return the item back to us in it's original condition for a full refund less shipping. Conditions may apply to custom work.

Warranty InformationWe offer a limited lifetime warranty on all our cables and passive components. We will repair or replace (at our discretion) any item that has malfunctioned due to defects in materials or workmanship. Damage due to misuse or abuse is not covered by our warranty, nor is normal wear.
When returning any product, please contact us to receive an RMA number beforehand. This will allow us to expedite the processing of your return.
Active components such as the SonoSonic and SonoSupply carry a 2 year limited warranty on parts and labour.
Custom WorkWe frequently get questions regarding custom work, such as custom cables or integrating items into our passive preamps, such as the modified Sonic Impact T-amp. We do custom work, and it is usually not a problem, but please email us for details. Pre-payment or a deposit is usually required for custom work.
Trade-InsWe take trade-ins of various components. If you are interested in making a trade-in for cables or components please email us.
DIY SuppliesSorry we do not sell parts for the DIY consumer. There are many great sources for DIY parts in Canada and the US that you give you much more competitive pricing than we can.
